The Bit O Red Supporters Trust (BORST), in co-operation with Sligo Rovers, have announced the hosting of the Kube fundraiser in the Clayton Hotel on Saturday, November 25, at 8pm. Entry on the night to this event is €10, with all proceeds going towards assisting the youth development sides at the club. Participants in the Kube will each play two games in their round with the two fastest players proceeding to the semi-finals. The Kube has a winner-takes-all prize of €2,000.

If you are interested in entering the Kube or would like to promote your business in the event programme, contact [email protected] or check out the Facebook page ‘The Kube – Bit O’Red Supporters Trust’.

This event promises to be a great social event with some celebrity names playing, so come along and enjoy a great evening for craic while supporting the future of Sligo Rovers.

Tickets for the audience will be on sale for €10 at the Derry City game on Saturday evening.

U15 manager Conor O’Grady said: “Credit to the lads in the Trust, this is a fundraiser we know all the Sligo Rovers fans will get behind and support on the night.”

U17 boss Danny O’Leary added: “It’s great to see the youth development sides getting such support, they put in a lot of work and all the support they can get helps.”

And U19 manager Brian Dorrian said: “It’s a fundraiser we will all be backing 100 per cent, so let’s hope we get a big crowd on the night. It’ll be a bit of craic too.”
