The Association of Irish Local Government is holding it’s Autumn seminar in Sligo. One of the speakers involved in the seminar is Rod King MBE founder of the UK Organisation ’20’s Plenty for Us’ which is a voluntary organisation supporting communities who want to lower speeds for residential areas. He says a speed of 30kph would be safer in residential areas in Ireland
