Sligo business group wants to hear from people with their ideas



The Sligo Business Improvement District is asking people for their ideas on how they would like to see Sligo town develop.

The group was set up in 2016 to promote the development of Sligo as a tourist and shopping destination.

It now wants everyone — resident associations, clubs and town organisations and others — to submit their ideas.

All submissions will be considered for inclusion in the Business Improvement District’s strategic development plan.

Submissions should be made to Jim Lawlor, chairman of the Sligo BID’s consultation process at the Sligo Bid Office, Abbey Street, Sligo.
