Steve Urwin, The Shires, Rockfield, Coolaney, Co Sligo and formerly of Strandhill and Strandhill Golf Club, Co Sligo. Suddenly at Sligo University Hospital. Funeral will arrive at Rathbarron Church, Coolaney, Co. Sligo on Tuesday for Funeral Service at 2pm . Cremation will take place afterwards in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan at 5:30pm approx. Family flowers only please , Donations in lieu if desired to The North West Hospice C/o Foley & Mc Gowan Funeral Directors, Market Yard, Sligo.

 

Michael Moran Jr., Ashwood, Kinlough Co. Leitrim.  Tragically, son of retired Garda Mick Moran, funeral arrangements later.

 

Noel Gilvarry, Brandra, Church Road Bundoran, Co. Donegal.  Peacefully at the Shiel Hospital Ballyshannon.  Remains reposing at the Mortuary today from 4.30pm with removal at 5.15pm to the Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea Bundoran via Church Road for 6pm.  Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11am, with burial to Finner Cemetry.  Enquiries to Conlon & Breslin Funeral Directors 087 967 0448.  House private please.

 

Nancy Tempany, Barnacoghill, Templeboy Co. Sligo.  Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Dromore West, today from 4pm, with removal at 7pm to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Templeboy, arriving at 7.30pm.  Requiem mass on Tuesday at 12pm with burial afterwards in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Skreen.

 

John Connolly, Knappaghmore, Strandhill Road, Sligo and formerly of New Street Sligo, and Monaghan.  Ex Garda, unexpectedly at Sligo University Hospital.  Reposing at his home from 5pm to 9pm today, removal from his home on Tuesday at 11am to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Sligo, to arrive for Mass of Christian Burial at 11.30am, cremation to follow in Lakelands Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan at 3pm approximately.  Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the North West Hospice, care of Seamus Feehily and Son funeral directors Pearse Road Sligo.  House private to family on Tuesday morning please.

 

Mary Kate Mahon, nee Luby, Cloonacurra, Ballinacarrow, Ballymote Co. Sligo.  Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital.  Remains will repose at the Perry Funeral Home, Ballymote, on Tuesday from 4pm to 7pm.  Removal at 7.30pm to The Church of St. Fechin and Lassarus, Ballincarrow to arrive at 8pm.  Funeral mass Wednesday at 11am.  Burial afterwards in St.Columba’s Cemetery, Ballymote.  Family Flowers only please.  Donations in lieu to the patients comfort fund Sligo University Hospital.
