Donegal man found safe and well
A Donegal man who was reported missing in Dublin has been found safe and well. 57-year-old Joseph Bernard Kelly was reported missing from the Stillorgan area. He is originally from Donegal. Gardai confirmed last night he’s been found safe and well.
