Gortlettragh claimed their first win in this year’s Connacht Gold Leitrim Senior Football Championship, with a 2-8 to 0-3 defeat of Allen Gaels at the Leitrim GAA Centre in Annaduff on Friday evening.
It means the Drumshanbo men drop to the bottom of Group One, with four defeats from their four games, while Gortlettragh are now level on points with reigning champions Aughawillan, who face Melvin Gaels in Páirc Seán Mac Diarmada at 5.30pm on Saturday.
Also on Friday, Dromahair lost out by three points, 4-8 to 2-11, to Kiltubrid in the U13 Championship.
