Changes to weekend club championship matches in Sligo

There are a couple of changes to this weekend’s fixtures in the Sligo club championships.

Saturday’s Kennedys Intermediate Championship tie between Shamrock Gaels and Bunninadden has been pushed back to a new throw-in time of 7pm at Corran Park in Ballymote tomorrow.

Elsewhere, Sunday’s Lola Montez Junior B Championship tie between St Molaise Gaels and Enniscrone/Kilglass will throw-in at the earlier time of 12 noon.

Coolaney/Mullinabreena’s newly-Developed Nace O’Dowd Park will host its first competitive game on the same day, as the home side host Coolera/Strandhill in the same competition.

Elsewhere at the weekend, St Molaise Gaels and Drumcliffe/Rosses Point both need to avoid defeat to have any chance of making the knockouts stages when they face Calry/St Joseph’s and Coolaney/Mullinabreena respectively in a Markievicz Park double-header tomorrow.

The other senior games this weekend see St Mary’s face Tubbercurry in Tourlestrane tomorrow, while Eastern Harps face Curry in Tubbercurry on Sunday.

Meanwhile, round two of the Donegal Senior and Intermediate Football Championships take place this weekend.

Among the ties in the senior, Bundoran are away to St Michael’s, Killybegs host Termon, Kilcar travel to Ardara and Four Masters face Naomh Conaill in Glenties.
