Irish Water says some customers in Sligo town may be experiencing water disruptions due to works taking place as part of the Sligo water mains rehabilitation project.
The works started at 8pm last night and are continuing until 8pm tonight.
The areas affected are Molloway Hill, Molloway Park, Molloway Place, Gateway Apartments, Ardaghowen Lane, Glenview Park and surrounding areas in Sligo City.
A spokesperson for Irish water says if any customer wants further information, they should contact the Irish Water 24/7 call centre on 1850 278 278 and quote the alert reference number SLI012784.
The work is part of ongoing €6.8 million investment in Sligo’s water network.
