Gardaí in Letterkenny say they are examining the scene of a fire that broke out at a refuse plant in near the town on Saturday.
The blaze broke out in the early hours of Saturday afternoon at the plant which is owned by Ferry’s Refuse Recycling and Skip Hire, which serves many areas of South Donegal.
The Letterkenny Fire Service was called to the plant at Big Isle near Mannorcunningham before extinguishing the fire.
The source of the fire is currently under investigation.
