Motorists in Sligo town are being advised to avoid the Summerhill roundabout on the N4 dual carriageway this morning.
This is after a truck caught fire at the roundabout on the inner relief road at approximately 10.15am.
One unit from the Sligo Fire Brigade is at the scene as are Gardaí from the Sligo station.
Diversions are in place.
All northbound traffic will be diverted off the inner relief road at the Caltragh inter change.
Temporary diversions will also be in place via Gallows Hill, Temple Street and Adelaide Street.
