A Sligo man residing in London has praised the speed with which the Metropolitan Police responded to Saturday night’s attacks in London.
Andy Rogers, who is a Director at the British/Irish Chamber of Commerce is a native of Ballymote but now lives in North London.
He told Ocean FM News that he was impressed with how police dealt with the situation. He also noted that a hike in the level of security in the city has been noticeable over the last number of months. Particularly since the Westminster attack in March.
