Fine Gael leadership contender, Leo Varadkar, is visiting Sligo today.
Minister Varadkar has taken time out of his ongoing campaign to attend a local wedding.
Last night, he and Simon Coveney went head to head in the latest regional leadership hustings event in Carlow.
And later today, Minister Varadkar will be on his way to Ballinasloe, where he and Minister Coveney will attend the western region hustings event.
But he told Ocean FM today he was delighted to be able to attend the wedding of his friend and local Fine Gael member, Blaine Gaffney
