Today is the second day of the auction, with bidding having opened at 8 o’clock each morning.
More than 200 lots, including houses, apartments and land, are on offer during the two days.
Todays sees lots from 145 to 220 go under the hammer.
Yesterday, ten residential properties in Carrigans, Co Donegal, sold for €460,000.
Also in Donegal a four-bedroom detached, vacant house at Killygordon, sold for €75,000.
In Letterkenny, a four-bedroom semi-detached house was sold for €52,000.
In Sligo, a vacant duplex two-bedroom apartment at Lower Quay Street in Sligo, went for €65,000.
In Riverstown, also in Co Sligo, a vacant three-bedroom semi-detached house sold for €53,000; the reserve range price had been between €25,000 and €35,000.
A mid-terrace building with two apartments on Teeling Street in Sligo is on offer for between €55,000 and €65,000.
A three-bedroom house in Tubbercurry is for sale for €70,000.
A parcel of land just over an acre in Rathmullan, Co Donegal, is for sale with a reserve of between €12,000 and €17,000.
