The Local Authorities Waters and Communities Office is holding a number of public meetings in the region over the coming month.
The LAWCO was set up in February of 2016 to promote better management of our natural water sources.
It is funded by the Department of Housing, Community, Planning and Local Government.
Public meetings are taking place in The Glasshouse Hotel, Sligo this Thursday May 18th at 7.30pm; in Cawley’s Hotel, Tubbercurry, on Thursday May 25th and on Wednesday June 7th in the Mill Park Hotel, Donegal Town.
The meeting will deal with questions and issues in relation to the Draft River Basin Management Plan.
