Gardai are investigating an alleged sexual assault in Manorhamilton over the weekend.
A woman was allegedly the victim during an incident believed to have occurred during the early hours of Sunday morning last.
Two men were arrested and detained at Carrick on Shannon Garda Station for questioning.
One man still remains in custody while the other has been released.
Gardai are continuing their investigations.
