Sligo GAA to team up with Leader for job-hunting and coaching boot camp



A new collaboration between the Sligo Leader and Sligo GAA County Board has been launched in the Centre of Excellence Scarden.

The initiative comprises of regular week-long job hunting boot camp programmes, combined with GAA coaching skills training. It is available to members of families who are involved with the GAA or interested in getting involved. During the course of the week participants will receive interview skills coaching, CV clinic, job hunting and networking workshops. Additionally Sligo GAA will facilitate coaching workshops where the participants will obtain coaching badges. This camp is an excellent opportunity for GAA enthusiasts throughout the county to avail of the fantastic facilities at Sligo’s Centre of Excellence and the camp is free of charge.

Current players, ex-players or any persons with an interest or involvement with GAA are invited to apply to take part in the camp. The first week will run from April 3rd to 7th, and anybody interested is asked to apply now as places will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
