Hibernia College to hold Sligo info evening on teaching

An event taking place in Sligo at the end of this month has been described as a must attend for anyone with interest in entering the teaching profession.

The Hibernia College will be visiting the Clayton Hotel in Sligo for an information evening on Tuesday, March 28th.

College staff will be in attendance to offer advice and answer any questions potential students might have about becoming a primary or post-primary teacher.

The event is free to attend and anyone interested can register at hiberniacollege.com

Frank McCarrick is a tutor in the Hibernia college and he says age and qualification is no barrier to anyone interested in entering the teaching profession.
