Kenneth McGowan, Derrylehan, Grange, Co. Sligo. Remains reposing at the home of his mother Una, today from 3pm to 9pm. Removal to the church of Mary Immaculate Grange on Monday morning to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12pm. Burial afterwards in Ahamlish Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Sligo/Leitrim mountain rescue team
Kathleen Scanlon, (Nee Mannion), Silverhill, Ballisodare, Co. Sligo and formerly of Camphill, Collooney, Co. Sligo. Peacefully in her 96th year at Mowlam Healthcare, Sligo. Reposing at St. Mary’s Oratory, Ballisodare from 5pm to 7pm today. Mass of the resurrection at 12pm on Monday, in St. Bridgid’s Church, Corhownagh. Burial follows in St. Nathy’s Cemetery, Collooney. House private please.
Eilleen Horkan, Ciaran’s hill, Sligo, and formerly of Glann, Charlestown. At the North West Hospice, Sligo, after a long illness. Reposing in Cregg house Chapel today from 6pm until 9pm. Funeral mass on Monday morning at 11am with the funeral proceeding to Charlestown Cemetery. House private please.
Terence Roche, Gubaveeney, Blacklion Co. Cavan, peacefully at the Northwest Hospice Sligo. Reposing at Our Ladys Hospital Chapel Manorhamilton on Monday from 4.30pm until 6.15pm followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Doobally, Dowra, Co. Cavan, to arrive at 7pm. Funeral Mass Tuesday at 11am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private at all times.
Billy Mc Groarty, Drimkeelan, Mountcharles, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at his residence. Remains will be reposing at his late residence today from 1pm. Removal from there on Tuesday morning to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Mountcharles, for 11am funeral mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard.
Brian Rooney, Lisnagirra, Athleague, Co. Roscommon and formally of main Street Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. Husband of Anne and brother Meta, Pat and David. Reposing at his late residence on Monday from 5pm to 7pm followed by removal to St. Patricks Church Athleague. Funeral mass on Tuesday at 11:30am with burial afterwards in Athleague Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donation if desired to the Palliative Care Unit at Roscommon County Hospital.
