Harold (Harry) Johnston, “Kilronan”, Cartron, Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Funeral Service at 2pm on Wednesday in Calry Parish Church, The Mall, Sligo. Burial follows in Sligo Cemetery. House private please, family flowers only.

 

Brendan Keville, Corduff, Aughamore, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim and 21 John Street, Sligo. At St. John’s Hospital, Sligo. Reposing at St. John’s Hospital Chapel on Wednesday from 9am until 9.40am followed by removal to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Annaduff, for funeral mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

 

Michael Murphy, Glan, Culleens, Co. Sligo. Reposing at McGowan’s Funeral home, Ballina, on Thursday evening from 7pm until 9pm. Funeral will arrive to the Church of the Holy Family, Kilglass, on Friday for 12 noon requiem mass with burial afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Kilglass.

 

Thomas ‘Tommy’ Lavin, Lord Edward street, Ballymote, Co. Sligo. Former member of Sligo County Council. Peacefully at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Remains will repose at the Perry funeral home, Ballymote, on Wednesday evening from 4.30pm until 7.30pm followed by removal to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote, to arrive at 8pm. Funeral mass on Thursday at 12 noon with burial afterwards in St. Columbas Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to the North West Hospice, Sligo.

 

Sister Assumpta Doherty, St. Catherine’s Convent, College Street, Ballyshannon and formerly of Kincasslagh, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at Aras Mic Suighne Nursing Home, Laghey, Co. Donegal. Reposing at St. Catherine’s Convent, College Street, Ballyshannon on Wednesday from 2pm to 7pm strictly. Funeral mass at the convent on Thursday morning at 11am with burial afterwards in the Abbey cemetery, Ballyshannon.

 

Mary Wynne, Sea Point, Rosses Point, Co. Sligo and late of Thornhill, Sligo and Boyle, Co. Roscommon. Peacefully at the Mater Hospital, Dublin. Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon on Friday in St. Joseph’s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo. Burial follows in Assylin Cemetery, Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

 

Michael James Cryan, Drumcliffe South, Drumcliffe, Co. Sligo. Reposing at the home of Seamus McMullen, Drumcliffe, Co. Sligo this evening until 9pm and on Wednesday evening from 6pm until 9pm. Funeral will arrive at St. Colmcille’s Church, Rathcormac, on Thursday morning for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am with burial in Drumcliffe Cemetery afterwards

 

Kathleen Banks, nee McGowan. Carnagark, Ballinfull, Co. Sligo. Peacefully at the Nazareth Nursing Home. Remains reposing at her home on Wednesday from 3pm to 9pm. Removal on Thursday to St. Patrick’s Church, Maugherow, to arrive for Requiem Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in Carrigans cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the North West Hospice, Sligo.
