Pat McGovern, Chatteris, Cambridge and formerly of Gub Cottage, Glangevlin, Co. Cavan. Peacefully. Husband of Linda, Cambridge; father of Katie and Michael; brother of Francie, Leitrim Village, Hugh, England, Joe, Mary, Marian McGovern and Kathleen Emmo, Blacklion, Co. Cavan. Memorial mass on Friday in St. Peter & St. Paul Church, Chatteris, Cambridge at 3.30pm. Removal to St. Patrick’s Church, Glangevlin, on Sunday for 7pm. Funeral mass on Monday at 12 noon with burial afterwards to the adjoining cemetery.

 

Terence McDermott, Peacefully at the Rock Nursing Unit, Ballyshannon, and formerly of East Rock, Ballyshannon. Reposing at the Rock Nursing Unit today with removal at 6.45pm to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, the Rock, Ballyshannon for 7pm. Reposing overnight. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday morning at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church with interment in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to The Rock Nursing Unit Patient’s Comfort Fund c/o Patrick McKenna Funeral Directors, Ballyshannon. House Private Please.

 

Joe Hargadon, Carrickbanagher, Co. Sligo. At Sligo University Hospital. Remains reposing at his residence this evening from 9pm. Removal on Friday at 6:30pm to the Church of the Assumption Collooney to arrive at 7pm. Funeral mass on Sunday at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Columbas cemetery in Ballymote. Family flowers only please donation in lieu if desired to the North West Hospice, Sligo.

 

Joseph, Joe, Young, 41 St Brigid’s Place, Sligo. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

 

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in memory of Tony Toher, late of Rosses Point and Tohers the Chemist, Sligo, this Saturday, March 4th, in Sligo Cathedral at 10:30am.
