Gallagher happy with progress as Donegal launch New York Training Fund draw

Donegal boss Rory Gallagher says he is happy enough with how the league has started for his youthful side.

Donegal lost their Division One opener to Kerry by three points in Letterkenny, but responded by beating Roscommon by the narrowest of margins last weekend in Dr Hyde Park – with Kilcar’s Eoin McHugh kicking a dramatic game-winning score.

The league takes a week’s break now, before Donegal will look to end Dublin’s long unbeaten run in the league when they clash in Ballybofey on Sunday week.

Gallagher says he is satisfied with his team’s progress so far….

Meanwhile, Donegal have launched a training fund draw with a top prize of flights, spending money and six nights’ accommodation in New York for two people.
