Patrick Monaghan, Watford, England, and late of Croaghbrack, Pettigo, County Donegal. Requiem mass in St. Mary’s Church, Pattigo on Wednesday at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private please.


Christy Higgins, Abbeylands, Ballyshannon, County Donegal. Remains will repose at the family home today until 8pm, house private at all other times. Remains will arrive in St Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon, on Wednesday for 11am funeral mass followed by interment in the Abbey Cemetery, Ballyshannon. Family flowers only please.

Reposing at Clarkes Funeral Home Coolaney this evening until 6.30pm with removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart and St Joseph Rockfield arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am. Burial afterwards in Kilvarnet cemetery.


Renagh Feeney nee Mulligan, Mc Neill Drive, Cranmore, Sligo. Peacefully at her home.  Reposing at her home today until to 8pm. Funeral will arrive at St Anne’s Church, Sligo on Wednesday morning for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Interment in Sligo Cemetery afterwards. House private to family on Wednesday morning. Evelyn McCue, nee Murray, Manor Place, Arbour Hill, Dublin, Peacefully at the North West Hospice, The Mall, Sligo. Reposing at Bourke’s Funeral Home, 71 Queen Street, Dublin, on Wednesday until removal to the Church of the Sacred Heart (the Garrison Church), Arbour Hill, arriving at 6pm. Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Thursday. Burial follows in Glasnevin Cemetery. Paul Gallagher, Rathforker, Donegal town, Co. Donegal. Suddenly. Remains will be reposing at Gallagher’s Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles today with rosary at 10pm. Removal from there on Wednesday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Donegal Town for 11am funeral mass with burial afterwards in Mountcharles Churchyard.

Reposing at his home on Wednesday from 3pm until 9pm. Removal on Thursday morning to St Molaise’s Church, Cliffoney arriving for 12 noon funeral Mass with burial afterwards in Rathcormac Cemetery. House private at all other times please. Family Flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to the dedicated staff of I.C.U., Sligo University Hospital, c/o McGloin Undertakers.

Brendan Davey, Croydon, London, and formerly of Annaghmore, Collooney, Co Sligo. Peacefully after a short illness. Brother of Seamus, Sean and Paula Carty. Funeral Mass on Friday, February 17th, at 3pm at the West London Crematorium, Kensal Green Cemetery, Harrow Road, London. A memorial Mass will be offered for Brendan in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballymote, on Saturday, March 11th at 8pm.


John Joseph Morrisson, St. Joseph’s Terrace, Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on Wednesday. Funeral arriving to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Sligo on Thursday for mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am. Burial to follow in Sligo cemetery. House Private please.


Mary Gallagher, Upper Main Street,  Donegal Town and formerly of Trummon East, Laghey,  Co Donegal. Removal from Donegal Community Hospital on Wednesday at 4:40pm going to St Patrick’s Church, Donegal Town,  arriving at 5 pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11am with burial afterwards in Clar cemetery.
