Sligo Field Club will launch its second annual journal this evening.
The 170-page publication, complete with a variety of photographs and illustrations, will be launched at 6:30pm in Liber Book Shop in O’Connell Street in Sligo by author Brian Leyden.
The book has about 20 articles dealing with archaeology, history, flora, fauna, the Yeats International Summer School and the site of the Hawk’s Well Theatre in Sligo.
