Lisa Niland, Drimbane, Curry, Co. Sligo.  Tragically at Beaumont Hospital, Dublin.  Remains reposing at St. Therese’s Funeral Home, Curry Village, this evening until 8pm.  Remains arriving at the Church of the Immaculate Conception Curry, on Wednesday morning for funeral mass at 12pm.  Burial afterwards in Bunnacrannagh Cemetery.  House private please.


Mary Elizabeth Harron, known as May, Carrick West, Laghey, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at her late residence today until 11pm. House private on morning of funeral. Removal on Wednesday to Laghey Parish Church for 2.30pm service. Followed by burial in Drumholm graveyard. Donations in lieu of flowers if so desired to Laghey Parish Church c/o George Irwin funeral directors.


Nora Teresa Brennan, Pearse Road, Sligo and late of Tullycusheen, Tubbercurry, Co.Sligo. Peacefully in the Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle. Remains reposing in the Morahan Funeral Home, Tubbercurry, this evening with removal at 7pm to arrive in St John Evangelist Church, Tubbercurry, at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am with the funeral afterwards to Rhue cemetery.


Michael McCusker, Belault, Pettigo, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at his residence. Removal this evening at 6.30pm to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Pettigo, for 7pm. Requiem mass on Wednesday morning at 11am. Burial afterwards to the adjoining cemetery. House private please.


Baby Skye May Ritchie, 10 days old, at Our Lady’s Hospital, Crumlin. Daughter of Samantha McElhinney and John James Ritchie, Creevin, Mountcharles, Co. Donegal. House strictly private. Funeral service in St. John’s Church, Inver, on Wednesday at 12.30pm. Burial after in the adjoining cemetery. Anna McGowan, wife of Owen McGowan, Ahamlish, Glenade, Co Leitrim. Peacefully at St Phelim’s Nursing Home, Dromahair. Remains reposing at her late residence until Wednesday evening at 6pm. Removal to St Aidan’s Church, Kinlough, on Wednesday for 7pm. Funeral mass on Thursday morning at 11am with burial afterwards in St Aidan’s Cemetery.


John McDermott, better known as “John in Joe’s” Lissinagroagh, Manorhamilton, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Remains reposing at his home on Wednesday from 3pm until 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning to arrive at St. Michael’s Church, Glenfarne, for 12 noon funeral mass with burial afterward in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Our Lady’s Hospital patient comfort fund, Manorhamilton. Family time on Thursday morning please.
