Paddy Duggan, Rahaberna, Drum, Sligo. Peacefully at his home. Funeral Mass will take place in St.Colmcille Church, Rathcormac, this morning at 11am with burial afterwards in Rathcormac cemetery.

 

Maureen McCormack, Lismintan, Ballintra, Co. Donegal. At the North West Hospice, the Mall, Sligo. Removal from her residence this  morning to St. Bridget’s Church, Ballintra, for 11am funeral mass. Private cremation on Sunday at the Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

 

Mattie Mc Gowan, Coracloon, Kiltyclogher, Co Leitrim. Formerly Newcastle, England. Peacefully at the County Care Home Enniskillen. Removal from the South West Acute Hospital, Enniskillen, today at 12.30pm to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Kiltyclogher, for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm. Burial afterwards to adjoining cemetery.

 

James Crean, known as Jimmy. Carrowcrin, Ballygawley and formerly of Carrickbanagher, Drumfin, Co Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Funeral service in St. Paul’s Church, Collooney today at 2pm. Interment afterwards in the adjoining churchgrounds.

 

Nora Byrne, Thornhill, Sligo. Following a short illness at the Midland Hospital, Tullamore. Mass of the Resurrection in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo, at 11.30am this morning. Burial follows in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Scarden. House private. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if desired to the Irish Cancer Society c/o Seán Feehily at Feehily’s Funeral Home or directly to irishcancersociety.ie

 

William Ward, Summerville Healthcare, Strandhill, Co. Sligo and late of Summerhill Village, Sligo. Peacefully at Summerville Healthcare. Reposing at Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo from 4.30pm on Sunday. Removal at 5.45pm to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Sligo, arriving at 6.15pm. Mass of the resurrection at 11.30am on Monday morning. Burial follows in Sligo cemetery.

 

Sister Gemma Rooney, Marist Convent, Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim and late of Mullies, Manorhamilton. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Mass of the Resurrection in St. Mary’s Parish Church, Carrick on Shannon, at 12 noon today with burial immediately afterwards in the convent cemetery.

 

Jim Killoran, City View, Connaghton Road, Sligo. Peacefully at Sligo University Hospital. Reposing at Feehily’s Funeral Home, Cartron Cross, Sligo, from 9.30am on Tuesday. Removal at 10.30am to St. Joseph’s Church, Ballytivnan, Sligo arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. Burial follows in Ballinafad Cemetery. House Private please.

 

Mary Gallagher, Meenacally, Donegal Post Office. Remains reposing at her residence from 5pm today. Funeral from there on Sunday morning at 10.30am to St. Mary’s Church, Killymard for 11am requiem mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private until 5pm today please.

 

Nace O’Dowd, Rathmore, Coolaney, Co. Sligo.  Unexpectedly at the Galway Clinic.  Beloved husband of Katherine and father of Jennifer and David.  Reposing at his home today from 3pm to 7pm and on Sunday from 4pm to 8pm.  Removal on Monday morning to the Church of the Sacred Heart and St. Joseph, Rockfield, for Funeral Mass at 11.30 am.  Burial afterwards in Kilvarnet cemetery.  House private to family on Monday morning please.  Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Sligo Cancer Support Group Wine St Sligo or Community Palliative Care Team, Northwest Hospice, The Mall, Sligo in care of J.P. Clarke Funeral Director or any family member.

 

James Watters Monargan, Mentinadea, Ardara.  At Letterkenny University hospital.  Remains reposing at Shovlin’s Funeral Home, Sandfield, today from 3 pm to 6pm followed by private removal to his residence at 7pm.  Removal from there on Monday at 10.30am to the Church of the Holy Family, Ardara, for 11 am requiem mass with burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. House strictly private please

 

Jennie Brogan, The Mullins, Donegal Town.   Peacefully in Harbour Lights Nursing Home Killybegs.  Further arrangements later.  House Private please.
