Gardai in Ballyshannon, Co Donegal, are seeking the public’s help following a burglary and theft of machinery at Magheracar, between Bundoran and Ballyshannon.
It occurred between 6pm yesterday evening and 7am this morning at a security container where sewerage upgrading works are taking place, about a mile from Bundoran
Two con-saws, one coloured red, the other orange, were taken.
A white-coloured petrol generator was also taken as was a Whacker plate used for compacting concrete.
A tellyporter and the security cabin itself was damaged.
Gardai say a vehicle or van would have been used to remove the equipment.
