Sligo GAA to report a surplus of almost €100K at annual convention

The Sligo County Convention takes place at IT Sligo this evening.

The annual accounts will show that income for 2016 exceeded one million euro, up over €57,000 from the previous year.

Expenditure also rose by over €35,000 to just under €825,000, but the County Board will report a surplus of just under €100,000 after depreciation for the year.

There is set to be no change to the top-table, with all the outgoing executive officers set to be returned unopposed tonight.
