Sligo craft makers set up Christmas pop-up shop



A selection of Sligo’s leading craft makers are bringing their produce together under one roof in the run up to Christmas.

Members of the Made in Sligo craft group will be opening a town centre pop-up shop to showcase and sell their wares from this Thursday.

The group hope to make it easier for shoppers to buy local goods & services during the busiest shopping period of the year.

The shop will be located at Water Lane and will display a diverse collection of locally made ceramics, photography, wood turning and pottery products.

It’s open from Thursday morning and will be officially launched at 6pm by the Mayor of Sligo councillor Marie Casserly.

Made In Sligo is a network of gifted and quality assured award winning craft workers who have come together to promote Sligo design and craft products.
