Drivers are being urged to exercise caution tonight as temperatures are set to plummet.
Met Éireann’s issued a status yellow warning with temperatures of minus three expected in some areas.
The warning’s in effect for Munster, Connacht, Cavan, Monaghan and Donegal.
It’s expected to cause difficulty on several routes tonight.
