Properties throughout the north west will be for sale on Allsop’s final auction for this year on Tuesday, December 13th.
Most of the properties are for sale in County Donegal.
It will be an online auction and all properties may be viewed on the Allsop Ireland web site.
The properties for sale include investment properties, land and houses.
An Ostan, a 32-bedroom hotel and leisure centre on 76 acres is for sale in Gweedore, Bunbeg, Co Donegal.
It has a reserve of between 590,000 and 610,000 euro.
Over 41 acres of land at Sockar, Kilmacrennan, Co Donegal, is on offer with a reserve of between 140,000 and 150,000 euro.
Just over an acre of land is for sale at Sheercloon, Ballindrait, Co Donegal, with a reserve of between 4,000 and 6,000 euro.
There are also standalone houses for sale in The Bower, Killygordan, and in Beechwood Park in Convoy.
Two three-bedroom semi-detached houses are for sale in The Waterfront, Killybegs; both have reserve prices of 90,000 to 100,000 euro.
A four-bedroom semi-detached hosue is for sale in Churchlands, Manorcunningham, for between 55,000 and 65,000 euro.
In County Sligo, a semi-detached three-bedroom house at Buncranagh, Curry, may be got for between 15,000 and 25,000.
Also in Sligo, a two-floor mid-terrace office building is for sale for between 70,000 and 80,000 euro.
The property is at present let to Veolia Water for a term of six years from September 2011 with a rent of €15,000 per annum.
In Leitrim, a three-bedroom semi-detached house is on offer in Oakfield Manor in Kinlough for between forty and fifty thousand euro,
Meanwhile, in Ardagh in Rossinver, a detached four-bedroom house is for sale with a reserve of €95,000 to €105,000.
In total, Allsop is bringing more than 240 properties to the market for their final online auction on Dec 13th.
Meanwhile, Allsop says it is standing by its pledge not to handle the sale of repossessed family homes.
