A Donegal Dail Deputy says cooperation between all groups which own communication masts is necessary if broadband speeds are to be improved in rural areas of Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal.
Fianna Fail TD Pat ‘the Cope’ Gallagher has made the comments in the aftermath of a report this week which showed many areas in the west and north west have the poorest broadband speeds in the country.
He also says he has concerns about possible delays in implementing the recommendations of a government task force set up to examine how to improve broadband services.
