Weekend 5K in Sligo is cancelled

This weekend’s planned ‘adventure’ 5K at Sligo Racecourse has been cancelled.

The event was planned to coincide with Sligo’s weekend celebrations of 400 years as a borough.

But organisers have called it off citing unforeseen circumstances.
