Little fluctuation in rental prices in the NW

It's been revealed that the average monthly rental prices for accommodation in the proximity of IT Sligo and IT Letterkenny have fluctuated very little since 2011.

 

According to statistics released by Daft.ie, average monthly rents for Sligo Town now stand at 264 euro, an increase of 3.5%. While, there has been no increase in the average monthly rental rate for Letterkenny at 231 euro per month. 

 

Letterkenny has the cheapest monthly rental rates for accommodation in the vicinity of a third level institution. While, the highest nationwide rents are reported  in Dublin City Centre at 499 euro, an increase of 1.6%.
