Donegal Junior League gets underway in Glenree

Glenree Park will host the first action of the 2012/’13 Donegal Junior League season, one week ahead of the official start date. Glenree United have brought their Brian Mc Cormick Cup group match against Arranmore United forward by seven days from its originally fixed date of August 19th. So Sunday 12th August at 1pm will see the new season kick- off.
The Brian Mc Cormick Cup has been re-structured this season in an effort to give all the clubs some additional competitive matches in the run up to the commencement of the League. The four area template has been retained with some small adjustments to the teams placed in the different areas. Each area will have 2 groups with the winners of each group meeting in the area final to decide what teams progress to the Semi-Finals of the Brian Mc Cormick Cup.
